| hello I'm new to purchasing on bricklink and I paid for all 3 of my orders
which 2 were shipped but, one of them is highlighted in yellow as paid. what
does that mean?

It means the seller hasn’t shipped the order out. Some stores only ship once
a week or different so it’s best to read their terms page to find information
on shipping times from that store

There is another status available and that is "Packed"
Paid --» Packed --» Shipped
Considering that the order was placed on Friday, it shouldn't be alarming
that the status hasn't changed.

It simply means that the seller has not yet changed to status to "shipped". Either
because it has not been shipped yet, or because the seller has not had time to
get around to changing it.
