| Can Lego books that have some parts attached be shipped by media mail or because
they also include some parts must they be sent by parcel mail?

Media mail is for printed material only - books, pamphlets, manuals, etc. You
cannot send Parts & books by media mail. If the postal service suspects that
the package is not qualified for media mail, it will either show up to your buyer
with postage due ( for whatever the cost would be for First class if it meets
the weight or priority mail if not) or they might send it back to you , postage
due.
I send instruction manuals & parts all the time and I alway ship regular package
rate, depending on the weight .

| This is a book that has parts attached to it in a little plastic case. I am
worried what the post office might think because the package rattles when you
shake it. There are several books for sale here on Bricklink that include a
small amount of parts. They are for sale under the heading "Books." This one
is #9781338137200.
