What is going on. On facebook and now Im dealing with it. Im hit with an NNS
for an item being shipped to the wrong address. I have fully refunded the customer.
How is this not resolved?

you have to send the proof of refund to bricklink and then wait for them to remove
it if the customer doesn't. (often times a minimum 3-week wait)
