An arched door can never fit within an arched tunnel as it would not be possible
to open the door anymore.
In the case of
* | | 64390 Door 1 x 4 x 6 Round Top with Window and Keyhole, Reinforced Edge Parts: Door | the door is supposed to be placed in front of the wall,
so any arch that is slightly smaller than the door would 'fit'. Meaning:
it will form a arched opening that is hidden behind the edge of the door.
So any of
* | | 15254 Arch 1 x 6 x 2 - Medium Thick Top without Reinforced Underside Parts: Arch |
* | | 3307 Arch 1 x 6 x 2 - Thick Top with Reinforced Underside Parts: Arch |
* | | 12939 Arch 1 x 6 x 2 - Thin Top without Reinforced Underside Parts: Arch |
Why not try it out IRL or in Studio?

As Nubs_Select and hpoort mentioned, any variation of a Arch 1 x 6 x 2 will work.
However, make sure that you do not use a 1X6X1 arch. The curve
is slightly different, so if you use a 1X6X1 arch, there will be slight gaps
left along the top of the door.
