| Hi, I'm new to bricklink and I had a question. Can I use a Visa Gift Card
to pay for orders and if not, what other ways can I pay?

| Since your in the USA and your state has sales tax (99.99999999% sure) you need
to pay onsite with either stripe or paypal. I’m decently sure you can link your
visa to your paypal and pay with that but if the store offers stripe (not all
do) you might be able to pay directly with it there

Welcome to BrickLink!
You should be able to link the card to your PayPal account (fairly certain I've
done this before) or use it with Stripe, depending on what payment methods are
offered by the seller(s) from whom you buy. So, yes.
