| First full refund made through the BL system.
I expected the order to be cancelled automatically when the refund is completed.
It doesn't. So now it stays in the data as a sold item.
I do not think that is correct. Is it?
And will this sale be ruled out in the monthly fee calculation?
Hard to find help-details on this function on the site.
Any help is appreciated

| I can’t say I’ve done it recently but from what I remember is after a full refund
has been made you can go they the Normal process to cancel the order separately
and then it will remove the fees from your bill

- Change the order status to 'ready'
- Now the 'Request to cancel' option should become available again. Finish
that procedure.
- I hope the Fee calculation gets corrected, never checked that actually

That worked fine
As payment and VAT collection can be automated, this process should receive the
same treatment IMO.....

What cancel after refund?
Please NO: you may refund a payment for example if the buyer decides to make
a bigger order and add to this one.
This may be a stupid or rare example, but please don't make refund =
automatic cancellation!
