Dear bricklinker,

Would you please help me to know if you got an email and a ticket number when
registering an issue?

Should we use the problem webpage or the site helpdesk.BrickLink.com instead
of sending an email to the site?

Seems I got my seller privileges revoked without any explanations at all?

Was glad to work for my customer in Bricklink, but this time it seems it is for
good.

Thanks a lot to all colleagues, sellers and buyers within this community I was
part of and also the great support we got during all those 9 years.

Hopefully I can continue to be a allowed seller,

Seems it is better to create it directly on this webpage : https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/frmTickets.aspx

As I never got my emails or ticket confirmation when using the internal webpage
request.

Or am I wrong?

If you follow the forum, you will notice a lot of people complaining about getting
their buying and/or selling privileges revoked for no apparent reason ("preventative
action"). Some were eventually restored; some weren't. Unfortunately, BrickLink's
customer service is notoriously slow, but you seem to have done the right things:

Contact the BrickLink Help Desk:
On the main site: https://www.bricklink.com/helpDesk.asp
On the other site: https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/
Email customersupport@bricklink.com directly.
Post to the BrickLink discussion forum.

Other than that there is not much that you can do but wait. It can be frustrating
but I have faith that your selling privileges will be restored in due time.

Play well.

Thanks a lot for your advisory!

Was kicked out before and lasted for three months!

Kind regards,
Hubert
