I have these but can’t locate them in Bricklink under any obvious name, can someone
identify them for me please.
They are hollow all the way through.

Those aren't LEGO. They look like something that Tente produced, but if
they actually clutch a LEGO stud then they aren't Tente.

Yes they actually catch a Lego stud, I also had some with slightly different
part on back section, and they didn’t clutch a Lego stud, so discarded those.
But a you see from photo, these one are attached to the Lego Studs.

So can you confirm these particular ones aren’t Lego?

Those aren't LEGO. They look like something that Tente produced, but if
they actually clutch a LEGO stud then they aren't Tente.

99.99% sure. In my 5 decades of handling LEGO parts I've never seen any
