When I send an invoice to a buyer , i have a page more before the regular page
of invoice . this page is the same of the invoice but on a white page . is there
anyone have see this page and is there a possibility to cut this page ?

Without any hint about system, browser, etc?


Try this:

Disconnect from BL.
Clear the browser cache.
Remove all BL cookies.
Close Browser.
Restart, reconnect, accept eventual cookie related message.
