Hi,

I offered a seller a certain amount of money for a used set. They responded
yes and asked me to send them an invoice. As the buyer, can I send an invoice?

Buyers place orders and pay.

Sellers send invoices and products.

Your seller should list the set for the amount you agreed upon (reserved for
you in their shop hopefully) and then you buy it and check out as you normally
would.

Maybe the seller would like you to order the item, using request for invoice
(or even request for quote), so that he or she can send you an invoice?
