Hi,
I have a Trimble “Lego” SX10 set I won in a competition. I don’t think many were
made and there aren’t any for sale.
Some pieces do say Lego on them but as it was sent without instructions it’s
hard to make (although I have since found instructions online but it’s hard to
see where all pieces I have in the box where they fit even with the instructions!

Does anyone have any information about this?
The orange pieces have Lego stamped on them but I can’t see where they belong
on the instructions. It’s so very odd!

Help!

Thanks
G

Doesnt look like lego, there isnt a lego logo on the box and from what I can
see, no logo on the parts.

May not be an endorsed Lego set but those all look like actual Lego parts from
the photos.

Probably not worth much more than the parts unless you find the right buyer.

The 1x1 modified bricks in the photos have a hole in the top, the official lego
ones don't

Good point, I was thinking it was a 1x4 modified but even that doesn't have
hollow studs.

Who knows what I was thinking!

Not to mention that the box doesn't follow Lego's usual design for boxart
and the instructions don't have the usual layout or formatting.

Yes all very true!
It’s weird it was marketed as winning a Lego set and it includes those orange
Lego pieces within!

So bizarre but thanks for your help!

I’m going to sell it as I don’t need it, sounds like I’ll probably have to list
it on eBay rather than on here…

Those orange parts are brick separators, they don't actually get used in
the set as they're a tool for taking lego pieces apart

Also, the set appears to be custom & not actual Lego brand, if the parts don't
say "lego" on them then they're a knockoff 99% of the time - I think the
company that put these together just sourced the cheapest brand possible and
happened to throw some Lego in for some odd reason

Thanks for identifying those orange pieces for me!

It’s a weird set, but it’s a cool piece to mimic!

I’ll probably sell it on eBay rather than here then as it’s most likely a knock
off
