| Have been trying to make an order for hours, but paypal keeps coming with this
error in the final step;
Dutch store which only has paypal onsite payment option.
Anybody know where the problem could be? My side, Bricklink, seller?

Could be any number of things:
1. Network error. Try again later?
2. BrickLink. Some errors earlier today, mostly fixed by now but there could
be some lingering issues.
3. PayPal
4. Bank (if your bank is connected to PayPal)
5. Seller, perhaps there is an issue with the seller's account
Not sure what to do in this situation, maybe try again tomorrow?

| 1) I assume other buyers can use paypal, been trying on and off for 5 hours or
so.
2) possible, but see 1
3) possible, but see 1
4) trying to pay with paypal funds, don't think my bank is involved here
5) maybe
will try again tomorrow, otherwise will contact the seller.

Could be any number of things:
