Hi,

A BrickStore user has found yet another instance where the XML generator is not
escaping XML special characters correctly:

A seller set a tracking number on an order to Recommended letter: T&T:
and BrickLink (once again) is not escaping the `&`, resulting in invalid XML,
that cannot be loaded by BrickStore (or any standards-compliant XML parser).
