Payed monthly fee but it still shows I owe one cent. Is that a bug or did I do
something wrong? I tried to pay the additional penny and it wouldn't allow
it.

It is a bug that bit me before. Helpless desk told me it was a rounding error
and would be corrected next billing cycle.

I wish I didn't have to say this, but in this environment, I feel it is necessary
and not FUD. They SHOULDN'T revoke your selling privileges, but I
am not an admin. (IANAA) Keep good records.
