Found most of the ones I had to enter, but these four eluded me.

Left head is blocked, other three are hallow. Left one looks like a clone head,
but is very light compared to normal clone heads. Might just be faded.

The first head looks like a Clone Wars character (it is difficult to tell from
the picture).
