Hello! I have a problem that it always says Orders (1) even when I don't
have any new orders.

See the attached image that shows the orders. Either it's the cancelled one
or the received one. But I can't change either of them.

How can I fix this?

You can file it

How do I file it?

Enable the file checkbox:

https://www.bricklink.com/orderSettingsCols.asp?v=r&viewFrom=O

Then check it and submit changes on the orders received page.
