| Hi
I don't know what's going on, but lately I've found sellers who say
they ship to Europe, but I can't do it from Portugal.
Is there a problem sending to Portugal?

| Shipping from The Netherlands to Portugal is possible.
There is a warning of possible delays on the shipper's website, but that
warning has been there since Covid-19 started for basically every country.

If they are selling from outside the EU, Bricklink is required to collect import
TAX.
Bricklinks does this via Paypal onsite, if the seller does not have onsite enabled,
they can not ship to you.
If they are from within the EU, they might be over thier limit for Distance Selling
and are limited to only sell in thier home country untill they are registered.

Hello!
Some years ago, ZAVVI had the same problem with Portuguese buyers. Orders weren't
signed for...and they did not arrived to the buyers address (or...if they did,
the buyers said that did not received it and had a full refund). ZAVVI stopped
to sell/send items to Portugal.
In the last months, Portuguese Courier (CTT) had many problems delivering orders/mail
(lost in traffic, very big delays, and so on...), i don't know if the problem
is about it.
