I might get the question wrong here:
1. calc shipping-fee, send invoice, wait for payment
2. collect all pieces
3. pack
4. ship
5. leave feedback
6. monitor if package gets received
7. provide support during issues
... or you put step 1 after step 3.

1. For a new seller, I would say collect all the items/pieces first.
2. Put it in the packing material, weigh it in total to see how much shipping
cost is.
(make sure to pack safely so the items arrive in good condition)
3. Add the shippingcost on your orders received page, send the invoice.
(maybe send the buyer a small message that you are new to this)
4. Wait for payment to come, close the package and send it.
(make sure to get the address right, if using PayPal, use the PayPal address)
5. Send the buyer the Drive thru message saying his order is shipped
(maybe attach the tracking info).
6. Leave feedback
(positive!!!  )
7. Hope it all goes as planned and you receive your first seller feedback
