| Newbie here, was trying to part out a set, bought the parts that I could in bulk,
but they haven't come off the list. The parts i already bought are still
showing up when i'm trying to part out the rest.

Are you talking about parts coming off a Wanted List? They don't. You have
to do it manually.

Open the Wanted List you created from parting out a set and click the button
Apply Order, then select your order once to apply that qty bought to the Have
field of the Wanted List.
