| The New Seller BrickLink Contract says “However, for orders shipping to an address
in certain countries or regions where BrickLink is subject to marketplace legislation,
BrickLink will collect and remit transaction taxes (e.g. sales tax, VAT, GST,
etc.) directly from the Buyer”.
Is the USA one of those countries?
Thank you!
I am considering becoming a seller, but know that paying taxes in different counties
in many states can be a pain.
