It happened to me a few times lately yes. I have the setting to stay in the same
page as where I login.

Yep, this screen pops up when I log in sometimes. I don't think there is
an actual error occurring as the login is working so... ? It's just one more
click on my way to whatever I was doing.

Just retry from (long) time to time.
Or wait for just after midnight EDT, that may help.
