| Found a 3185 that is a lighter red / orange red, very uniform and nothing like
faded red I’ve seen before.
This a newer production with Lego, part number and mould numbers underneath,
the standard red in image have only mould markings.
Centre one in both images.
Anyone else seen this variation ?

Is the lighter red slightly translucent? I've seen something similar on
parts like wind up motor keys.

| I think I know what you mean about those motor keys but this fence seems a solid
colour.
