| Looks normal to me! If it arrived already I would be surprised. Packages from
USA to Canada often take 2-3 weeks minimum to arrive when shipped usps

International shipping can take a while, even to Canada. The mustard I sent to
Nubs_Select took nearly three weeks to arrive. It is often faster to send a package
to Anchorage or Honolulu than to Windsor or Toronto!
It's normal for packages to take circuitous journeys, too. Seems yours was
in Knoxville, then West Palm Beach, then Miami, then back to West Palm Beach,
then back to Knoxville. Who knows where it really is.

This looks to me like there is an issue with your package and some of the facilities
are trying to send it on and some of them are trying to send it back. Sometimes,
they don't all agree. Did you take an image of the package after attaching
the label/customs form? We might be able to spot the problem.

| Nah I wouldn’t worry to much. The longer it takes to arrive the more time I have
to not worry about having to pay the crazy $10 processing fee on it

I just had a package that took 10 days to go from Philadelphia to Baltimore.
Some USPS hubs are just a mess. As long as your buyer isn't asking question
or complaining about it (which they have said they aren't worried here),
just let it go. The only time I worry about shipping times is if the buyer comments.
Then you start to look into it and reach out as necessary. Otherwise it's
just unneeded stress.

| Hi, I'm also in TN
Tn is a HUGE hub for packages, I'm guessing it got on the wrong plane and
is now back at the hub. My packages to Canada get there very fast from TN IME
compared to when I lived in Southern California.
