| Maybe BL can implement a simple limit on the number of messages that a 0 or
1 feedback seller to like 5 a day or something as a temporary solution to the
scam/spam emails? Just a thought for a simple measure.

| I think they already do that but many accounts are being opened with each one
only sending a few messages out.

The most I have ever seen them send is 6 messages per account. Then the bot makes
a new account and sends out 6 more.

Would it be possible to block any messages containing key words such as "everythingeshop"
the same way we block SMS in mobile phones?

Unless the messaging system is already programmed for throttling, it is not really
that simple and may have unintended consequences.
Good programming is hard, but good programmers make it look easy. Just like
any other artist, say a great guitarist, makes it look effortless.

| I’m a software developer so I do know. There are lots of options as russel said.
I think the problem is not difficulty, but lack of dev resource.

Another response would be to email all users (or just sellers) saying to delete
the messages from the spammers advertising the site.
On one hand, BL makes all sellers aware of it but hopefully in enough of a negative
light that they won't use it.
