| Hi Gang, being new to this , could anyone help with the question
is it possible to change a received order to a quote ?

No, but you can fill in the shipping information and send the invoice to the
buyer with the caveat that the buyer can cancel the order with no problem.
Unlike a quote, the order will take the parts out of your inventory.

| as the seller, you should eat it up even if you end up losing lots of money.
if you want to you can cancel the order but if the buyer has paid for the order
that you invoiced them for you should ship it out even if you made a mistake.

So do more work on your shipping options to make sure they are correct. Fulfill
the order and learn from it.
