Buyer placed an order from USA, MO.

Sales tax was not added to the order while google says Missouri sales tax should
be 4.225%.

Is it a system bug or is it OK this way?

Missouri is not on the list below so I can't decide.

Missouri doesn't collect it yet - that won't start until January 2023:
