As part of my ongoing process of collecting all Lego animals, I've been trying
to acquire a 30218 Clam, Type 1 - Continuous Scalloped Inner Lip in Bright Light
Orange for over a year now. But every single one I've been sent (over a dozen
at this point) has actually been Medium Orange. The Medium Orange one is fairly
common, having appeared in 2 early Star Wars sets that often appear in bulk lots,
but the Bright Light Orange one I'm looking for is very rare and only appeared
in the large Belville set 5960 in 2005.
I'm wondering if anyone can verify that they actually have 30218 in Bright
Light Orange for sale, preferably by comparing it to a part that only appears
in Bright Light Orange and making sure they precisely match. Medium Orange and
Bright Light Orange are close, but there's definitely a noticeable difference
in shade. I'd love to order one if you have it!
