So weird!
My inventory is showing negative items left available, only on current orders.
Thinking I should close them all out.

This could be because of Instant Checkout, do you noticed if you had any orders
InProgress?

I think this happens if the buyer tries to place the order but has problems paying,
the system moves the items to the Stockroom and when payment is complete they
are returned to stock and then removed the qtys. Check the lots of that order
that are not negative as the system might have removed the qty 3 times too.

Thanks, that could have been it.
I've gone through and deleted all the lots associated with this order, so
hopefully, they don't magically reappear in the future.
