| Hello
The statuses of some paid orders are reverting from Paid to Ready.
Has anyone had a similar problem lately?
I know for sure that none of my employees change statuses in this way, but every
1-2 days we get 1-3 Ready orders, which we definitely marked as Paid before.

First time I read something like this.
Maybe separating payment status from order status helps streamline the process:

Yes like last 2/3 days approx.
One order was getting from Shipped to Received - this happened TWICE, on 2 different
days.
Shipped to Received then manually changed back to Shipped.
I placed a note on each order shipped as "shipped" so I can see immediately if
a status changes...
I do manually set them to Received when actually Received, never for any other
reason.
The Seller can't set it to Received, he can only set to Completed (which
would be stupid from the Seller BTW) - but NOT Received.
I always use the old version of the page, the new one takes a lot of space for
nothing.
I guessed it was because I used a Refresh which would apply again a Status change
to another order (known problem on this kind of page). But as I know the problem
I NEVER use Refresh/F5 on this page.
But I'm not sure (last days were hectic here), so yes, I noticed a status
change, but can't be sure if it's an error from me or not.

I also noticed this the other day on one order that I was getting ready to mark
shipped from paid status...it was somehow on ready status. Thought is was kind
of odd.

Still continue to have some orders a day that have ready status from the paid...
So strange
