I have an order from the US. Is there any guidance out there how to fill the
customs declaration?
I plan to ship with DHL.

It's a very complex subject, depends value, etc.
Usually CN22/CN23 works well.
Otherwise using DHL there MUST be some fields to fill in the DHL shipping form,
use them?

Huge pain to do it manually but if you ship through DHL online it should be relatively
easy.

Tariff harmonization number: 9503.00.00 (the 00.00 can optionally be replaced
by a code from your country, iirc)

Type of item: I usually say "plastic building toys"
