| Hi everybody, I'd like to understand better the OCR status of an order.
Suppose that a buyer send an OCR for a specific order, what is going to happne
after 15 days? Who has to refund the buyer? Bricklink or the seller? After how
much time? The seller has to refund?
process, I'm so confused. TY

Since you are in the EU, the buyer has the right to cancel the order or part
thereof for any reason. The seller (you?) has to cancel the order now and, if
already paid, refund the full amount through the same route as the buyer used
for paying.
