  Hi,

I've noticed that a recent order (19491911) has been placed with duplicated
lots. Each ordered item appears twice in the invoice with the same quantity in
both rows.

This isn't due to having unconsolidated lots in our inventory, as the invId
is the same for both rows, and the Bricklink cart doesn't normally allow
you to add the same inventory lot multiple times, so I assume it is a bug. We
also always consolidate, and this is the only order impacted by this issue.

Any ideas what went wrong and how to fix it, or if there is a way I can let Bricklink
know about the issue?

Thanks

Have you checked that the order has not multiple batches grouped? Try this link:

Could you share a screenshot of the items list?

I believe the order only has a single batch, and was paid for with instant checkout.

Did the buyer had a problem the first time when trying to pay (so when arriving
to PayPal/Stripe)?

Like he decided to change the payment source or whatever?

Then he cancelled the payment, went back and paid again, successfully this time?

I believe the order only has a single batch, and was paid for with instant checkout.

The duplicate records are also returned by the API, so I don't think it's
just a display issue on the order details page.

There are 178 lots in the order, but here's a screenshot of the first few:

Very strange indeed...

Have you asked the buyer if the total qty of the items is correct of what they
wanted to order?

Report it in the Help Desk too so there is track of this issue:
