Hi Bricklinkers, needing some advice on shipping to China. I had an order placed
for a $65 set for a buyer in China. The buyer has zero feedback and became a
bricklink member yesterday. There appears to be a valid address but it's
all in characters. There is also an email address and phone number. Anybody
have this situation before? I do manual invoicing and I haven't sent an
invoice yet. I'm on the fence about cancelling the order.

1. ask for the address in Western alphabet
2. ask for payment through PP only
3. ship through the PP app
Cancelling without prior attempt to contact and work things out is a No-No in
terms of friendly partnership between seller and buyer in my opinion....
