| WHERE IS MY IDEA FOCUSED
--- Is in respect to the "Order Status" on the Orders Placed page.
WHAT I SEEK
--- In addition to the Status of 'Sent', I want another one with
a word that means, its ready to pick up.
PROBLEM I SEE
--- Recently with the 30 or so orders I have placed in the past two months,
I have a few, where I have the opportunity to go and pick up the order from the
seller, to save money and other things.
The word 'Sent' does not suit these types of orders. Some of the sellers,
do not set it to Sent, where I needed to ask them to do that, after I have picked
up the order, so I can in turn click it onto Completed.
I will suggest, not only have the Second option to the Sent status message, but,
also, to have an option other than received as its follow up. Such as "Picked
Up" just for me to say I got it.
Could there also be an "Error" status, for when the vendor/seller can not find
a particular part(s) for the order, This will be replaced with "Resolved" once
that has been done.
Further to this, for me the buyer, to have the option of say "Short" or "Dispute"
when, the order does not include all the bits I have ordered. I do seem to
have this a fair bit. I do place large and complicated orders of which test
the best at times.

If it is handed over to the buyer, then it has been sent on its way.

Once it has been given to the buyer then they have received it.

This is still between paid and packed (for IC), or processing if the seller picks
before invoicing. When would it need a resolved status? If resolved, then it
should be packed or shipped (for IC).

There is already received, which doesn't get changed to complete until the
buyer is done.
The downside of adding multiple more status options is that it will make sellers
and buyers even less likely to use them.

The package has been "sent", just a very short distance…
The order status is not really that important, just a way for buyers and sellers
to communicate. You can still leave feedback even if the order is not completed.
In my opinion, there are already too many different order status options. Most
buyers don't care about the order status once the order is received (hence
the large number of orders stuck in "shipped" status).
