Shouldn't the refund be to the original form of payment?
I am based out of the US and bought an item from a Canadian seller who falsely
advertised a particular color of a minifig hairpiece. It can happen, and the
seller claims to be color-blind. :s
I asked for a refund. Took 14+ days or so because of "his bank."
I used PayPal to pay. He issued a refund through a website called Interac which
is giving me options to transfer funds into a Canadian bank!
I have to open a Canadian bank account to receive a $6 refund for a wrongly labeled
minifig hair piece?
Should I just file a PayPal refund? or a NSS? He appears cooperative but seems
clueless about what's going on. He states that he does not understand why
I could not get my money back.
If you paid with PayPal you should receive a refund through Paypal. Interact
etransfer is a Canadian-based payment system to send money from 1 person to another
bank account to bank account but I'm pretty sure it can only be used for
the most part by Canadians. Since you paid with Paypal I would ask the seller
to go to the payment page and refund it from there. Alternatively, he can refund
directly via bricklink with the refund option on the order page.

Any thoughts?
Tell the seller to use the "issue refund" link at the top of the order details
page. If that doesn't work, then tell them to use the "issue a refund" button
on the transaction details page in PayPal.
