I changed my address but the orders only show the old address and not the new
address, what's the problem

There are two places for address changes. One is for your BrickLink account and
the other is for your store.

My BL Account settings...
https://www.bricklink.com/pref_general.asp?rD=Y

Store Settings...
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/management.page
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and there's a Store Address.

Note: this will not change your address on any existing orders.
If you change the country, you will need to reapply to reopen your store.
