I bought a new set and accep ted the shipping cost of the store, payed woth paypal
and 2 days later received a message asking for extra 30 euros for shipping. The
seller changed the status to shipped. I have sent 2 messages without answer.
Now I want to cancel.

How can I get a refund from paypal?

Thanks for the help

Tell the seller you have already paid the agreed amount. If they want to cancel
they must agree to a refund and do the cancellation.

They might have already realised they were wrong to ask for more and shipped
the set to you.
