| I have a buyer wanting to purchase a few items but he keeps getting an error
message about domestic payment methods not selected, I have first and second
class showing as enabled on my settings.any help would be greatly appreciated

| You need to add either onsite PayPal or stripe so bricklink can collect tax |

Enable an invoice Method option as well (that requires you to manually insert
shipping charges). If the minifigures are newer, they may not have their weights/dimensions
added to the catalog yet, and that causes problems with instant checkout.

Not sure if this is your problem, but I notice your shipping methods aren't
in a group. If you want a buyer to be able to choose between 1st and 2nd class
then (I think) you need to have them in different groups, as instant checkout
will only show buyers the cheapest viable option in each group. If you want to
force signed for on orders above a certain value, set that as the maximum order
value on your standard shipping methods.
I don't know whether instant checkout treats "None" as every method being
in group 0, or every method being unavailable.
