This is regarding the part in the front. It's a 4073 "Plate, Round 1 x 1",
but with an open stud, so I guess it would be a 85861 "Plate, Round 1 x 1 with
Open Stud".

Part No: 85861 Name: Plate, Round 1 x 1 with Open Stud
*
85861 Plate, Round 1 x 1 with Open Stud
Parts: Plate, Round

But what is the color? It's transparent, but not shiny at all. I have put
some reference colors in the back:
* trans-white
* trans-yellow
* trans-neon-green
* trans-bright-green
* trans-green

There is no LEGO logo on it, but maybe that's normal with 85861 parts because
the hole in the stud is too small. I don't have any other 85861 parts to
compare with.

Is it fake?

It's fake. Part 85861 has a completely open stud; you can stick bars completely
through it.

Yeah this one is not open, I can't put something through it. The size is
exactly the same as a 4073 though.

Thanks for the confirmation, then it's going in the fake parts jar.

Yeah, thats a fake. The bar usually goes through the whole stud.
