What is LEGO? People keep talking about it on the forum but I have no idea what
it is. I tried to order some from a seller on BrickLink but all I received were
small pieces of plastic in various shapes and colors. Please help.

At one time I shipped

Part No: 40243c01 Name: Stairs Spiral Steps 16 with Support
*
40243c01 (Inv) Stairs Spiral Steps 16 with Support
Parts: Stairs {Light Bluish Gray}
as unassembled loose parts to a new buyer.
They sent me a note that they expected a set of stairs.

I simply replied -- IT'S LEGO -- You get to Build the Stairs Yourself.
hahaha

Did you expect it to be marbled?

I heard it's a community in West Virginia where you can preach to the Lord
Of The Bricks.
