I have remove one item from an order that I did not have when I packed.
looks like the buyer did not receive the item removal request to accept, and
I cannot change anything to the order.
Both buyer and me (seller) agreed on this.
Can an admin change the order so it is correct?

I tell buyers to click on My BL and then click on My Activity and they will find
the item removal request there.
