| Total let down. I preordered the Great Fishing Boat. Was charged for the set
on the 25th of February and shipping status still says "We're awaiting receipt
of your package from the seller. Please continue to check your tracking for real
time updates." I've chatted with LEGO customer service about 6 times and
no one seems to know what happened. Anyone else have this happen?

I'd preordered the Flight Set from Lego UK (I see you're in the US).
It's still showing as backordered. I contacted them a couple of months ago,
when I'd had an email saying they were about to send it. They credited mee
4000 points - but I'm still waiting for the actual thing! I ordered in August
...
Still, it'll be a nice surprise when it does arrive, just will have missed
the birthday it was bought for (hopefully it'll arrive in time for the next
one ...)

Just checked, it was 2,400 points. The 4,000 were for the delay in getting the
Crocodile Express. I know we've had a pandemic & Brexit, but it seems awful
slow

I got my castle and flight but am still waiting for the boat, my order was placed
on 8-2 for that. I thought they said any of the second batch orders from wave
1 (aka order #5000+) would ship later 2022.

Since we are doubling the production run, the additional 5,000 sets for Round 1 will be shipped in June 2022, as opposed to January 2022. This will also delay the release of Rounds 2 & 3. The final plan for this will be communicated at a later stage.

That's weird that you were charged - you shouldn't be charged until it
actually ships (I'm not counting temporary authorizations)
