| I found an EU store today which had a message alert in the corner.
Seller does not support orders shipping to United Kingdom when item total is
equal to or less than £135 (~EUR 162.27).
Where do I find this setting I look everywhere I want to apply one similar.

Perhaps they don't have PayPal Onsite or Stripe enabled? I see a similar
message when I enter U.S. storers that don't have an onsite payment method
enabled. The reason is that BrickLink needs the payment to be done onsite in
order to collect sales tax (or, in this case, VAT).
Unfortunately, new stores do not have the option to not accept onsite payment.
In fact, BrickLink does not even allow new sellers to accept bank transfers until
they meet a certain feedback threshold.

You would need to set up a shipping method for the UK, where the minimum buy
is £135
