| Hi, I am sorry if this is in the wrong place. I have only used this site before
to buy missing parts for some Duplo sets that we were given, so I am not familiar
with the forum s.
We have parts for the Duplo stone quarry set 5653. We have the part "holder with
handle" 4619340 for the cement mixer, and have recently purchased the cement
mixer drum 4583674. However I think we must be missing whatever connects these
two together. I cannot find what this part is, or where to buy it. I have no
idea what to search to find out. I would really appreciate if anyone could help
with this, or point me in the right direction of where to look please.
Kind regards

Having trouble replying on my phone. To confirm that the first 2 pictures are
from the person on ebay, and the last 3 are what I have. I am missing the connecting
bit that goes in the drum, but no idea if it can be purchased separately.

| Not sure where you’ll find one, this would not normally come as a separate part.
Perhaps someone here has a broken or bad quality drum and could remove this part
for you.

I would have expecting the drum to be sold with everything necessary to connect
it, so I am not sure if I were to buy another one it would still be missing this
piece, as it is not clear from the pictures.

Ask the seller to send you a picture, if the protruding part or the screws inside
aren’t there…..

| Hi,
I've these two parts. No other part is needed to connect the two parts. The
two parts click together. You just press the mixer bucket into the hole on the
bucket base. You'll hear a sound that signals the two parts are connected.
You can now turn the drum around and it will stay on he bucket base.

| Hi, thanks for your reply. I believe I am missing a part of the drum that should

The screenshots I have posted, the ones from 21:00 are a picture someone sent

this is what you mean, I think something is missing from what others have said,

| Hi, Sorry, I didn't take a close look at the photo of your drum. It looks
like you've an 'incomplete' drum. It doesn't come this way in
any LEGO set as far as I know. The drum should come with whatever is needed to
mount it on the base. I don't think you can find the inside part and the
protruding bit as separate pieces. You'll most likely need to purchase another
drum. Might be best to ask if there are two visible screws inside the drum and
the drum also includes the protruding bit before you buy it.
