| Hi,
I just had a buyer place an order and then request to cancel the order after
I sent them their invoice. They did not pay for the order yet, of course. Before
I could cancel the order they left me neutral feedback simply stating, “I would
like to cancel this order.” Is there a way for me to get this neutral feedback
removed?

Politely ask the buyer to remove their feedback.

| The only way to get this feedback removed is
- submit a NPB, then COMPLETE it.
- request the buyer to remove the feedback by giving the link

Bricklink will not remove the feedback for you.
If you have already cancelled the order, you made a mistake and now, you cannot
open a NPB anymore. I always request the buyer to leave a positive feedback (by
writing a good message and explain that buyer is supposed to pay for order and
if he is not sure, he should not submit an order...this is not a fault of seller),
then I cancel. If he does not leave a positive feedback, I complete the NPB and
any feedback they leave will automatically gets removed.

DO THIS.
Do not trust that they will change or remove feedback even if they say they will
until its DONE.

Oh I forgot this reason to remove feedback was added few months ago. Do this!
But...
The buyer can then submit another neutral feedback again by writing something
like "Thanks". There are still few turn-arounds

Have you cancelled it already? If not, ask them to remove the feedback and if
they don't then file NPB as that will remove their feedback.

Buyer places an order, cancels it without paying and then has the nerve to leave
neutral feedback.
Feedback shouldn't even be allowed in this situation.
The original poster should complete an NPB so this bogus feedback is automatically
removed by the system.
