| I tried to place an order but it's charging shipping. Are you going to refund
that back to us?

That's not how it works.
Free isn't pay for it, then someone will (maybe, maybe not, who knows) refund
you.
Also, I opened your store, looked at your Feedback profile, quickly closed your
store.
