Hello communitiy,

a buyer has ordered something, he wanted to pay via PayPal, but he says he always
faces an error, believing he cannot pay more than €50 at a time due to account
restrictions in his country.

He is supposed to pay 72€

Can I now split the bill to 50 and 22 (the order includes different sets, one
of them is coincidentially exactly 22€)

Or can I simply take one set out of the order without cancelling it and write
a new invoice for the one set, without extra shippingcosts of course

or is the only solution to cancel the whole thing, then he should make 2 orders
and I ship it in one parcel?

thanks for any suggestions,
Bellafux

I would think that you could do an Item removal request, but if the buyer knows
that they have this restriction, I would ask them to submit two orders to stay
under the threshold. If you have auto invoicing, you could always refund the
shipping cost, or if you have manual invoicing, they this would be really easy.

Hallo Bellaflux,

wenn du zwei Zahlungen erhältst, hat der Käufer auch Anspruch auf zwei Sendungen.
Er könnte, wenn er es böse meint, für ein Paket einen Fall eröffnen.

Viele Grüße
Werner
