| Hello everyone,
We opened our store a few months ago and I have buyers asking me if I can add
the option of keeping an order open. I tried to search and found a post from
a few years ago but there are no instructions on what the settings are or what
exactly it is that a seller needs to do to have that as an option in the store.
Would anyone be able to help?
Thank you in advance,
Laura

We have this - I don't remember exactly, but basically you set up a new "Keep
my order opened" Shipping Method (or whatever name), then you select it NOT to
auto-invoice the buyer, and do not provide any shipping countries/rates/bands,
whatever.
If you don't find this, I'll try to post pics (but super busy right now,
sorry)...
Hoping that helps?
