| Hello,
I have an order that is grayed out. You cannot change prices after an order
has been paid for. I havent received payment for this order I havent even sent
them an invoice yet.

Please let me know what to do.

Contact the buyer. Perhaps they marked the order as paid by mistake or sent payment
to the wrong PayPal address. If that does not resolve the issue, then click the
edit order button at the bottom of the order details page and set the payment
status to none.

Click the Edit order button and change payment status to none. The buyer might
have clicked the paid checkbox for a non onsite payment order.
Also recommended enable this checkbox:
Separate order payment status from order status

Never new this was the reason why some of my Completed received orders stayed
editable. I've marked them all as paid, which helps my OCD

I forgot to ass that the status is still pending. I have tried to edit it to
pending again and nothing happens. I have emailed the customer waiting for response.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
