Hey all,
apologies for double posting, I'm hoping to be seen by someone who can help
this time:
I have these:

Part No: 6272c01 Name: Electric RC Race Buggy Battery / Receiver Unit with Auxiliary Output
*
6272c01 (Inv) Electric RC Race Buggy Battery / Receiver Unit with Auxiliary Output
Parts: Electric
[p=5292]
but I'm missing the remote control. Is there a way to test whether the receiver
and engines work or not without having the remote? There is an on/off switch
on the receiver, but I suspect that just refers to the receiving, right? It's
not going to move without getting
a signal from somewhere?
Any suggestions appreciated!
Thanks,
Patrick

For the engine just connect a 9V battery to test it.
The receiver, if you have a LEGO sender from the same era 2002-2003 try to see
if that works (remember there are 3 channels on the receiver and you may be lucky
on one of those).
